  • I had been looking for a high yield multi-tenant property in a secondary city, and when I saw Property Ventures' advert for a 10% yield in Dunedin I jumped in immediately. After a short due diligence period the purchase proceeded, with settlement in March 2014. Mark provided rental appraisals pre and post cosmetic reno, together with cost estimates, all of which turned out to be accurate. With Mark's assistance the reno work was completed and the property fully tenanted within two weeks of settlement. Final yield is over 11%. I found Mark to be very professional and extremely helpful, and he delivered on the promise.
