I would happily recommend Mark for any Property Investor who cannot afford the time involved with researching and finding suitable properties. I liked the way Mark was open about any shortcomings on the properties and didn't try to hide anything and I'd be happy to recommend or talk to anyone about the transaction. - Deal was in Northland $350 a week rent for $161k purchase. 

My partner Linda and I purchased a property in Dannevirke (two townhouses on a single title) through Mark while we were living in Singapore. The purchase price was $158,000 and we are receiving $275 a week in rent. Mark was friendly and informative throughout and gave us the confidence to purchase the property both without actually seeing the property or meeting Mark in person... though we are hoping to get to NZ to do both soon. I would have no hesitation in recommending friends or co-workers to talk to Mark regarding property matters.

Considering we were purchasing foreign real estate in New Zealand from California, and unable to personally view our investment, it was imperative our New Zealand representative was knowledgeable, honest and timely. I want to take this opportunity to say what a fine job you've done producing your podcast. I arrived in NZ in January 2017 and basically spent the last few months listening to all your previous episodes, starting from the very first one. Not being a professional in the property sector myself, I found Mark coached me through every step of the way. I had been looking for a high yield multi-tenant property in a secondary city, and when I saw Property Ventures' advert for a 10% yield in Dunedin I jumped in immediately. After a short due diligence period the purchase proceeded, with settlement in March 2014. Mark provided rental appraisals pre and post cosmetic reno, together with cost estimates, all of which turned out to be accurate. With Mark's assistance the reno work was completed and the property fully tenanted within two weeks of settlement. Final yield is over 11%. I found Mark to be very professional and extremely helpful, and he delivered on the promise.
