Considering we were purchasing foreign real estate in New Zealand from California, and unable to personally view our investment, it was imperative our New Zealand representative was knowledgeable, honest and timely. I would happily recommend Mark for any Property Investor who cannot afford the time involved with researching and finding suitable properties. Although it is made clear that you do still need to do your own due diligence, I personally have ended up purchasing 3 out of 5 properties that I have seriously investigated in the last 2 years, (and I have a solicitor who ensures I am very fastidious in this regard!) Mark has contacts throughout the country and these people have always been great to deal with when checking out a prospective investment. The follow through in ensuring you get the deal you want has always been excellent and the generous assistance provided with any issues evolving after the deal is completed has been a major factor in why I have ended up giving Mark my return business. My partner Linda and I purchased a property in Dannevirke (two townhouses on a single title) through Mark while we were living in Singapore. The purchase price was $158,000 and we are receiving $275 a week in rent. Mark was friendly and informative throughout and gave us the confidence to purchase the property both without actually seeing the property or meeting Mark in person... though we are hoping to get to NZ to do both soon. I would have no hesitation in recommending friends or co-workers to talk to Mark regarding property matters.
